Carmen Cashat passed on August 20, 2020 in Ft. Worth, Texas. She was born February 4, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky to her parents, Tippi and Bill Ward. She graduated from John Burroughs High School in Burbank, CA in 1979. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from University of Texas Arlington. Carmen loved traveling, listening to Tom Petty, going to concerts, and socializing.

Training classes were not only informative but always fun while Carmen and trainers traded funny observations and anecdotes. She was a leader, and in addition to her big personality she especially excelled in her work. In 1999 she retired after deciding it was time to focus on being a full-time mom, wife, and volunteer for many charitable causes close to her heart. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Carmen is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Robert Cashat; son, Cameron Cashat and wife Danielle; grandchildren, Sophia and James; mother, Tippi Pyle; brother, Cameron Wardlaw, and numerous other cousins and extended family.
