Obituary for Emilio Estrada
Emilio Estrada, age 68, of Avalon, passed away on Monday, January 25, 2021 at the Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Waxahachie. He was born on May 30, 1952 in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico to Emigdio Estrada and Soledad Martinez.
Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Maria Estrada of Avalon; son, Omar Estrada; daughter, Griselda Estrada-Burnett and husband Joshua Burnett; grandchildren, A.J. Santos, Melody Burnett and Colton Burnett; 2 sisters; 4 brothers and numerous nieces and nephews.
Emilio was preceded in death by his parents, Emigdio Estrada and Soledad Martinez.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 6-8 P.M. with a Rosary at 7 P.M. at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home Chapel in Waxahachie.
Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Friday, January 29, 2021 at 9 A.M. at the Epiphany Catholic Church in Italy with Father Agustin Fuertes as Celebrant. Interment will follow at the Hughes Cemetery in Avalon.
