Obituary for Esther Naomi Enyart (Huffey)
Esther Naomi (Huffey) Enyart, age 92, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 18, 2020. She was born on July 21, 1927, in Waterville, IA to Walter Angus and Tilda Boletta (Olson) Huffey.
Left to cherish her memories are her eight children, Cheryl Sue Valtelhas (Larry), Julie Ann Wagner (Daniel), George William Enyart, April Kay Eubank (Larrick), Mary Esther Corbin, Jeffrey Jay Enyart (Glenda), John Walter Enyart (Kristine) and Joni Marie Hancock (Drew); twenty-two grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; sister, Lotus Bulman; and sister-in-law, Sara Enyart.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Angus Huffey and Tilda Boletta Huffey (Olson); husband, William Wright Enyart; siblings, Lloyd Huffey, Vernon Huffey, Vinton Huffey, George Huffey and infant twins Thomas and Walter Huffey, Shirley Brown, Greta Lockhart, Merle Schultz, Leatrice McEvilly; brother-in-laws, Hartley and Donald Enyart and sister-in-law, Beulah Enyart.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2020 from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel in Waxahachie. A Funeral Service will directly follow at 2:00 P.M. with Chaplain Chuck Smith officiating.
Interment will follow at the Red Oak Cemetery.
