Obituary for Florene Turk Pickens
Florene (Flo) Turk Pickens, 89, of Red Oak, passed away Tuesday evening, February 21, 2023. She was born August 31, 1933, to William B. and Lena Turk at Osage, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband Warren and parents and brothers and sisters.
She is survived by two children, Mark Baker and Dee Welch and husband Tony. Three grandchildren, Matthew Edwards and wife Beth, Megan McElwee and husband Jimmy and Travis Baker and wife Becca. Five great grandchildren, Wyatt, Zeke, Oliver, Margot and Sylvia.
A Visitation for family and friends is scheduled for Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 2-3 P.M. at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home in Waxahachie. A Graveside Service will follow at 3:30 P.M. at the Red Oak Cemetery in Red Oak, Texas.
