Obituary for Frederick Dale Pollow

Frederick Dale Pollow of Red Oak, Texas was born in Peoria, Illinois on September 20, 1939 to Charline (Fischer) and Sheldon Pollow. He passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 in Waxahachie, Texas. He was 81.

Known as Freddy to friends and loved ones, he was a protector that cherished his family and was a loyal friend to many. He loved flying and everything outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Freddy began flying planes at an early age and his passion for flying continued throughout his life.

Freddy was preceded in death by his parents and son, Kory Pollow. He is survived by his wife Rebbecca (Moore) Pollow, son Kurt Pollow of Fort Worth, Texas; daughters Jennifer Stavee of Red Oak, Texas, Kelly Pollow of Red Oak, Texas; grandchildren Joshua of Euless, Texas, Amanda Ptomey & husband Will of Euless, Texas and, Dylan Stock of Red Oak, Texas. Additionally, Freddy is survived by great-grandchildren Piper and Dax Ptomey; sisters Rajahla Kuehmichel, Sylvia Barocas & husband Jim, Ruth Mead & husband Rich, Patricia Buechler & husband Don, Pam Kwak & husband John; brothers Robert Pollow & wife Mary and, Joe Pollow & wife Sue.
