Obituary for Jackie Sue Wilhite (Addington)
Jackie Sue Wilhite, age 67, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 24, 2022.
She was born November 1, 1954, in Borger, Texas the youngest of four children to Jennings and Opal Addington.
Jackie married her husband, Gene, on April 15, 1971, in Westville, Oklahoma. They made their home in Italy, Texas. She was a devoted wife and mother and was known for her love of gardening. She became a Master Gardener and served in Ellis County for many years before retiring.
Jackie is preceded in death by her parents, husband Gene, brother Joe Addington, and sister Ina McDonald.
She is survived by her brother Don Addington and his wife Joy of Palmer, Texas; son, Scott Wilhite, of Westville, Oklahoma; daughter, Teresa Wilson, of Benbrook, Texas; grandsons Casey and Grant Wilson of Benbrook, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.
