Obituary for Kristy Kay Ebarb (Rushing)
Kristy Kay Rushing Ebarb, 63, died September 12, 2022, at Baylor Scott & White Waxahachie hospital. She was born July 29, 1959, in Waxahachie, Tx, the daughter of Roscoe Paul Rushing and Betty Ruth (Nash) Rushing.
Kristy graduated from High School in 1977. Following graduation she attended Mountain View Community College in Oak Cliff, Texas. Kristy was a member of Galloway Avenue Baptist Church for many years. She was an avid animal lover. She loved to read, play card games, and spend time with her family. Kristy loved being a grandmother to her 7 grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her nephew Jon Lee Rogers.
She is survived by Daughter Kristin Morris and husband Nate Morris; Daughter Kaci Wright; Son Kevin Wright and wife Emily Wright. Grandchildren Nolan, Keaton, Emma, Ella, Camryn, Aydyn, and Asher. Sisters Karen Rushing Nichols and Kathy Rushing. Nephews Michael Rogers, Ron Haskins, and Brad Haskins. Special cousins Nanci Nash and Pam Fears.
A service of remembrance will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 2:00pm at Waxahachie Bible Church, 621 Grand Ave N, Waxahachie, TX 75165.
