Obituary for Manuel Seferino Munoz
Manuel Seferino Munoz tragically left us on April 30, 2023. He was born on November 8, 1960 in Ennis, Texas to Evangelina and Dionicio Munoz. He was known to many as Manny. He had a smile for everyone. Manuel worked as a Tire Tech at Supreme Tire in Ennis for many years. He will be remembered for his huge heart and helpful nature. Manuel had love for everyone that came into his life.
Manuel grew up in Florida. Then he moved back to Texas in 2005. He enjoyed working on cars, loved music – most notably Stranglehold by Ted Nugent. He also enjoyed thrift store shopping. Cooking was a favorite pastime, he could often be found in the kitchen. His family will remember his delicious breakfast, especially his biscuits. Manuel spent countless hours riding around with his beloved dog Finley.
Manuel loved his family dearly. Especially his children Jessica, Jeffrey and Zyler. He spent the last 16 years of his life with partner Kim Brumley.
He is preceded in death by his parents Dionicio Munoz and Evangelina Castillo Munoz; brothers Jose de Jesus Munoz and Maximiano Munoz; sisters Margarita Munoz and Susie Munoz.
Manuel is survived by his loving partner Kim Brumley; daughter Jessica Trejo and husband Acencion of Florida; sons Jeffery Patton of Florida, and Zyler Munoz of Ennis; grandchildren Azalea, Mia and Cesar Trejo and McKenzie Patton; great grandchildren Julian and Loreno Ramos; sisters Maria Guadalupe Munoz Ramierz and Jessie Trevino, Lucy and Santos Valdez; brother Freddie Munoz; 22 nieces and nephews and countless family and friends; Lauren Reyes Kadlubar (daughter of Kim Brumley) and spouse Vannessa of Ennis, Texas.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 11, 2023, from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Boze Mitchell McKibbin funeral home chapel in Ennis, Texas. Funeral service will follow at 6:00pm.
