Obituary for Margaret Ann Sherwood
Margaret Ann Sherwood, 81, entered into rest on February 7, 2021 in Mansfield, Texas. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from North Dallas High School. She then went on to briefly attend the University of North Texas. She married the love of her life, Louis Sherwood, Sr., on July 13, 1963.
In life, Margaret found joy in her needlework as well as in the pages of a good book. She was also a great cook, as anyone who got the opportunity to taste her food can tell you. Margaret had a heart and love for volunteering and carried this out by delivering for Meals on Wheels.
She is preceded in death by her parents Elizabeth Winkler and Basil Meredith, her husband of 50 years Louis Sherwood Sr., and her daughters Lois Karla Sherwood and Linda Gale Morton.
Margaret is survived by her son Louis Jr. and wife Mary Ann Sherwood, and son-in-law Melvin Morton, Jr., many Cousins, Nephews, and Nieces, as well as other extended family and friends.
