Margaret Elizabeth Campbell Wylie, “Granny” was born to Ira and Pearl Campbell on October 30, 1933, in Waxahachie, Texas and graduated from Waxahachie High School. She went to be with the Lord and Savior on February 12, 2022. She worked at Waxahachie Bank and Trust in her younger years and later at the radiologist department at the hospital, mostly she raised her children and volunteered at her granddaughter’s school where she won awards for her service. She also volunteered at her church, The Brown Street Church of Christ, where she had been the longest living member until her death.

She loved her family more than anything except God. She married her husband J.B. (Sonnie) Wylie Jr. on March 2, 1953 and is survived by him. She is also survived by her daughter Lisa, son Steve and His wife Conni, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one sister Mae Delle and her husband Kenneth Kirk and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 7:00PM until 8:00PM at Boze Mitchell McKibben Funeral Home.

Services to celebrate Margaret’s life will be held February 16, 2022 at 11:00AM at Boze Mitchell McKibben Funeral Home Chapel.
