My deepest condolences to Hefty and his family in the loss of his mother Mearl. I never had the pleasure of meeting her, and have heard so many wonderful stories of her life. Many will have so many fond memories of you. Prayers and hugs go out to Hefty and his family at this time.

Mearl was my first line manager for 3 years. She took care of and looked out for her people. One of my best memories would be of her hearing one of our associates struggling with a customer's language and attitude on the phone and Mearl going up and taking the phone and telling the customer that " You can't treat my people that way. You just can't talk to her like that, I know your the customer but that is just wrong,." the mama bear was in full force. Can't imagine how strongly she fought when needed for her family.

Rest in peace.
