Obituary for Rachael Re'Lynne Wilson (Hunt)

Our beloved Re’Lynne, age 37, tragically left us on Saturday, September 19th 2020.

Born in Dallas, Texas on August 21, 1983, Re’Lynne was a graduate of Duncanville High School, Class of 2001. She proudly received her Bachelor of Science - Interdisciplinary Studies from University of North Texas in May 2007.

She started her career in 2007 as a Special Education teacher and most recently taught at Red Oak High School. She always had a heart for children with special needs and had a special way of connecting with them. Her dedication and compassion for people is just one of the many examples of the caring, selfless person we knew her to be.

Re’Lynne was an incredibly loving wife and mother. She married her childhood sweetheart who she’s known for over 25 years. They had a movie screen worthy kind of love and she was the happiest when she was with him. They shared three children together who she absolutely adored and {in her words} “were her greatest accomplishments”. Re’Lynne lived her life with her husband and kids to the fullest. She was always present, genuine, and kind and loved with everything she had. Her love was tangible to everyone who knew her.

Re’lynne and her two brothers learned the importance of love and family from their parents. She was passionate about traveling with family, making memories, her students, health and fitness, her love for soccer and she also enjoyed working as an Esthetician at New Day Salon.

Re’Lynne radiated love, beauty, and warmth. She lit up a room with her smile and had a dimple you could never forget. She accepted everyone as they were and had the purest heart and warmest soul.

She leaves behind the love of her life, Ted Wilson, her daughters, Bailey Wilson and Brianna Rowland and her son, John Wilson, all of whom were the world to her. Her parents, Randy and Debbie Hunt and mother and father-in-law, Denise and Bob McCord and father in law Teddy Wilson; Brothers, Ryan Hunt and his wife Jessica Hunt and nephew Wyatt Hunt. Rayce Hunt and his partner Alyssa O’Bright; grandparents Harry and Dianne Thompson and Robert and Mary Hunt. Brother in law Thor Wilson and brother in law Jason McCord and wife Teresa and their kids, Jacob, Andrew and Anna Love. She also leaves behind several cousins including Kris Plunk and Wes Hunt who were more like siblings; aunts, uncles and so many friends that she considered family.

She was preceded in death by her Uncle, Jeffery Thompson and brother in law John McCord.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 1 P.M. at the Old Bison Ranch located at 1924 Lumkins Rd., Forreston, Texas 76041. The family would love for you to share your memories of Re’Lynne during the service or write a memory at the sign in book.
