When I first met Richard he was the king of shipping and dispatch at the Handleman Co. I was immediately impressed by his work ethic, and lust for life...there was always a smile on his face and a joke in his repertoire. Richard gave me a lifelong friend in his brother Jack who I was roommates with back in the day. When Jack called me with the news on Sunday I was overcome with emotion, because I flashed back to the way we were in our youth. I know most of you don't know who I am, but I just wanted you to know that there are many people out there that you don't know very well that Richard had a positive impact on. My deepest condolences to all of his family and friends, and l will leave you with what I told Jack on Sunday...."Richard will always live on through the people he has left behind" May God bless all of you and give you strength, Ric Moore

Thinking of you all and wishing you peace and love. The sun shone a little less bright today. What a reunion there must have been with Jerry, Michael and Aunt Lois. Love you Richard. The memories are boundless and will help sustain us all. Love to all, Joy
