Obituary for Ruth Marie Easterbrook (Wells)
Ruth Marie (Wells) Easterbrook, age 79, of Milford TX, passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side on Monday, June 29, 2020 at her home. She was born on February 8, 1941 in Paola, Kansas to Floyd and Ester (Cochran) Wells.
Ruth retired from Honeywell (King Radio) in Olatha, KS after 30+years.
Ruth had many hobbies such as scrap booking, camping, coloring, and playing games on her tablet and computer. She loved to go to all arts and craft fairs and liked to people watch. Ruth loved her flowers, plants, dogs, and other animals that she had at the house. She liked when her grandson Jimmy would come to see her because she always liked listening to him play his guitar, she also loved listening and singing to music, if it was on the radio or at church. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
Left to cherish her memories is her 1st husband Jim Randall (1959 to 1982) that marriage resulted in 4 children:
Theresa Keffer and husband Doug of Milford, TX, Clint Randall and wife Becky of Paola, KS; seven grandchildren, Rodney Lee Badders, James Dee Badders, Rusty Randall, Jessica Kerr, Kevin Lister, Krystal Bennett and Christopher Lister; total of 17 great grandchildren; sister, Floesta Barthol and husband Larry; brother, Kenny Wells and wife Marilyn.
She was preceded in death by her 2nd husband, William (Bill) Easterbrook in 2008; son, David Leroy Randall (1960); daughter, Rhonda Ranae Randall; grandchildren, Rhonda Marie Randall, and Nickolas O’Shawnase Randall (1994); brother, Earl Wells; parents, Floyd and Easter Wells.
A Memorial Service will be held in Osawatomie Kansas on August 22 at the First Baptist Church, 801 Brown St. at 1:00 pm.
