Sandra W. Stewart was born on December 31, 1943 to Betty and Maco Stewart in Beeville, Texas. She went home to be with the Lord on June 16, 2022. Sandra grew up in Corsicana, Texas where she graduated from Corsicana High School. She is remembered as a loving, giving caretaker. A member of Brown Street Church of Christ in Waxahachie, Texas; Sandra had a tremendously strong faith in the Lord.

A loving mother, and grandmother, Sandra had three children, Scott Bechtel, Don Bechtel and Rhonda Bechtel. She had two grandchildren, Brandon Bechtel and Bryson Bechtel. She loved her family fiercely, and especially enjoyed being a grandmother. Sandra loved starting her day in the backyard, reading her Bible, and enjoying the flowers while watching her two dogs, Daisy and Chi, and her two cats, Polly and Wally.

She is preceded in death by her parents Betty and Maco Stewart of Corsicana, TX; and aunt Winona Stewart of Corsicana, TX.

Sandra is survived by her sons Scott Bechtel and wife Sheila, Don Bechtel, and daughter Rhonda Bechtel; grandsons Brandon Bechtel and Bryson Bechtel; brothers Leland Stewart, Paul Stewart and wife Dianne of Corsicana, TX; sister Terry and husband Dr. Pete McElroy of Corsicana, TX, Dr Chris Stewart and wife Michelle of Parker, Texas; as well as numerous cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
