Tony Maldonado age 66, passed away due to the corona virus on April 26, 2020 at the Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Waxahachie. He was born on March 14, 1954 in Waxahachie, Texas to Carmen Raya and Elias Maldonado, Sr.

Tony is preceded in death by grandparents, Cirilo and Antonia Maldonado; parents, Elias Sr. and Carmen Maldonado; aunts, Lois Maldonado, Lisa Hererra; Sisters, Vickie Sanchez and Mary Lou Pendeton.

He is survived by brothers, Elias Maldonado, Jr. and wife Mary, Richard Maldonado, Walley Munoz; sister, Cynthia Maldonado; uncles, Henry Maldonado and wife Martha, Daniel Maldonado; loving nieces, Stephanie, Lori, Cassie and special friend and long term care roommate, John Curtis.

Tony loved old western movies, Elvis music and the Dallas Cowboys. He was a kind, gentle, Christian man who will be missed and forever remembered by his family and friends.

The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the doctors and nurses at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Waxahachie for their compassionate care.
