Obituary for Vance Ryan Fogle

Vance ''Vancers, Vance-Man,Boudreaux" Ryan Fogle passed away on March 31, 2023 at the age of 30. He was born November 17, 1992 in Dallas, Texas to his father and mother. Born early at just around 4 pounds, Vance came into the world showing everyone he was a tiny fighter.

Vance was baptized and had his first communion at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Waxahachie. His confirmation was at St. Francis Catholic Church in Lancaster.

As Vance grew up, he enjoyed karate and achieved brown belt status. Vance also played baseball for a number of years and got the nickname Vance Baseball Ryan Fogle. Vance loved cartoons and the superhero Batman. Vance graduated from Red Oak high school and went on to TSTC for a year. Before passing, Vance worked as a rope access technician.

Vance had a passion for skateboarding and music. These things gave him the most joy. In fact, Vance taught himself how to play guitar. You could often find Vance in his Nana's barn playing guitar, drumming, or just singing away. If not in Nana's barn, you could find Vance at a skatepark.

Vance experienced happiness when he was around his friends and family. Vance was a lover of people. He saw all types of people and made friends with just about anyone. Vance will be remembered by his unique laugh. Hearing it made your heart warm. Vance was also known for his kind spirit. Many of his friends and family members each have a unique "Vance story" to demonstrate Vance's gentle heart.
Vance always made it a point to hug you and let you know he loved you when he saw you. Vance lived everyday like it could have been his last. He never left any words unsaid. For that, we will always cherish and remember him.

Vance is preceded in death by his Papa, Jimmy Fogle, and Grandma, Estela Gutierrez.

He is survived by his Father (Daddy) Larry Fogle and Mother (Mamma) Michelle Saum, Stepfather Neil Saum, Sister Victoria Fogle, Stepsister Savannah Roundtree and her husband Aaron, Stepbother Andrew Saum and his wife Lesley, Stepsister Breanna Saum, Grandpa Jose Gutierrez, Nana Jeanie Fogle, Uncle Michael Fogle, Aunt Shannon Green and her husband Reggie, Uncle Rolando Gutierrez and his wife Tracy, Aunt Elisa Camacho and her husband Sammy, cousins Ellen Green, Emily Green, Erin Green, Weston Fogle, Tyler Gutierrez, Kinley Guttierez, Lillian Dollar, Alexandra Gutierrez, and Sabastian Camacho.
